The most beautiful and attractive ski areas in the Salzburg countryside await you on your skiing holiday in Maishofen at our Obersinnlehenhof farm. Due to the convenient location of Maishofen, the following ski areas can reached easily and quickly:

Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn - our favourite!

- 10km away from our farm. The free ski bus stops 70m from our front door. 270 kilometres of connected slopes, 55 ultra-modern cableways and over 40 ski huts await skiing fans. If you fancy going skiing in the evening as well, you can do your turns on the “U-Bahn” in Hinterglemm. There, there is a floodlight slope with a fun and snow park.

Zell am See - Schmittenhöhe ski resort

- around 4km away from our farm. The free ski bus stops 70m from our front door. 77 kilometres of slopes, 26 modern cableway systems and dream-like descents at all levels of difficulty are enough to inspire all skiers and snowboarders.

Glacier ski resort Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn

- around 15km away from our farm. The altitude of up to 3,029 metres at the glacier ski resort guarantees perfect skiing conditions and heavenly slopes with a total length of 41 kilometres, even in autumn. 19 ultra-modern cableway and lift systems ensure smooth transportation.

Hochkönigs Winterreich ski resort

- around 15km from our farm The Hochkönig ski resort, with its three places Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach, is connected to form a large ski resort that attracts all skiing enthusiasts to the most beautiful descents, with an incredible 150 kilometres of slopes.

In Maishofen, our guests have access to a free practice lift at the Landgasthof Schloss chamber, 2km away from our farm.

Other ski resorts such as the Gasteinertal, Kitzbühel-Paß Thurn or the Almenwelt Lofer ski resort can be reached in an average journey time of around 40 minutes.
